    • Orders may be canceled or modified only within 12 hours of purchase.

    Prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars) and are subject to change without notice.

    • Estimated delivery times range from 7–20 business days, depending on your location and the product.

    • We are not responsible for delays due to customs, postal issues, or other factors beyond our control.

    • Shipping times may vary during holidays or due to supplier stock levels.

    Due to the nature of our dropshipping model:

    • We only accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

    • Requests for returns or refunds must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

    • Photos of the item and packaging are required for all claims.
